At JE Models we have worked hard to ensure that placing an order with us is safe, straightforward and simple.

Your safety is guaranteed because jemodels.com uses the latest measures to protect your security when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.
We endeavour to despatch orders placed before 3:30pm (Monday-Friday) on the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks. Most orders placed outside this time are processed the following working day - except Fridays. Please note that UPS deliveries must be booked in before 3:30pm at the very latest and will be sent the next day if this deadline is missed. UPS shipments are delivered the next working day. If you require a Saturday delivery, please select Royal Mail Saturday Special.
All delivery charges are calculated at checkout. We do have an exception on fuel however, all customers purchasing fuel MUST add the UPS courier shipping option to their order as it is the only method we have of shipping fuel. Failure to do so will result in order suspension until payment is received or cancellation of the order.
If you wish to collect your order personally, you can indicate this preference when you checkout on the website. Please note that there will be no charge for postage and packaging and collection is possible during showroom opening hours (please refer to the contact page for opening hours).

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
If you cancel an order after it has already been dispatched, you must return the products to us at your cost unopened and within their original packaging. As long as the order is returned within 30 days, we will credit you with the price of the products, less 10% restocking fee if the products are not faulty.
